This is Ashley Wood's World War Robot Portable Large Martin Sanddevil. He's heavy and thick. About 9-10" tall. Got him for around $50 and he's still easily available, although some of the alternate versions of the Large Martin are sold out most places, like the Iron Panda. He's got awesome tattoos and some amazing weathered effects throughout the figure.
